Helping your digestion
Digesting, burning fat, talking, walking, chewing, sleeping, standing… uf! Everything requires an investment of energy from our bodies! Our liver and kidneys are on a daily marathon to clean our system of toxins, fats, chemicals additives and preservatives. This results in the liver and the rest of the organs not working in the optimal manner for fat burning, causing an accumulation of fat in the abdomen, legs, back arms, etc.
By juicing we use less energy in digesting so what we are really doing is giving a break to our digestive system and nourishing it with an infusion of enzymes that normally don’t get in regular cooked foods.
Start your plan and help your organism reduce sizes, besides it’s fair to give your body a rest and lose weight…don’t you think? In case this wasn’t enough. You will look better in selfies!! All these fresh juices will nourish your skin, making you look younger and more radiant. It will even show in your nails and hair!
And as a plus, your body will have more energy to fight sickness; this is because the digestive system doesn’t do a big effort to absorb all the vitamins and minerals of fruits and vegetables taken in a juice form which allows them to go faster into the blood stream.
You may ask yourself for how long should I do juicing? This depends of your goals. There are programs of 3 to 5 days, but you should check your daily activities and overall health condition. We suggest that you consult your plans with your physician and your head nutritionist but for the time being we will present some delicious and healthy recipes that you can include in your diet and start burning fat.
